Channel organization

I’ve played around with this A LOT. Common patterns that I’ve burned through include grouping by part of the business, how close to that part of the business I am, types of channels, and probably a half dozen others.

The most productive setup that I’ve found for optimizing focus and prioritizing timely responses is the following:
